Product Description

PVC banners, while large and offering a lot of advertising real estate, should be kept as clean and simple as possible. These should be used to show your brand name and logo, as well as the key message that people should know. Furthermore, you can add some contact details for people to look you up in the future (website, telephone number and email at the minimum). The printed PVC banner needs to grab attention, so be careful not to let it blend too much into its environment. Use colourful, high-resolution stock photos. Give your affordable PVC banner a bold colour to bring out your brand colours, images and message. As with other designs use professional design software such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or Illustrator to get the best results. Use our checklist to ensure that your stunning banner is print ready. We recommend trying our professional design services if you are uncomfortable with the aforementioned design tools. If you need more assistance, we can also provide you with a banner template.

Materials: PVC stands for Polyvinyl chloride. It is highly durable and dirt resistant – this makes these banners a perfect marketing product for reuse in any business situation, be it as a sign on a building or as an informative banner at an event.

Refinement: Eyelets are the ringed holes punched into the PVC banners. With eyelets attached, banners can be hung up or mounted so your message can be seen in most situations. This is handy for especially windy conditions.

There is no difference. “PVC” is print jargon that stands for Polyvinyl Chloride. “Vinyl banners” is simply another name for PVC banners.

Our standard weight for our PVC banners is 440gsm.

It is important to secure your PVC banners correctly, so that they don’t come loose, flap about or even tear in harsh environments like strong winds. Use all of the eyelets to properly secure your banner. If you are mounting your PVC banners against a fence, be sure to use zip ties to properly secure your printed PVC banner. In cases where you are using a frame, use banner ties to allow the PVC banner to move and prevent tearing. Elastic rope is best for stringing up your printed PVC banner. Again, please ensure that you use all of the eyelets to maintain the structural integrity of the banner. Mounting your PVC banner to a wall requires drilling and plugging your wall. Use oversized washers so that you can screw your PVC banner through the eyelets to secure it.

Bleed is the area around your artwork that is trimmed off. This allows your design to look as if it was printed to the edge, even when the cutting alignment was slightly off. Your bleed should always extend to at least 3mm.

PVC Banners started their early days as reflective road signs on highways. Nearly seventy years since then, advancements in printing and production have led to all sorts of banners and signs being one of the cornerstones of business advertising.
